When a ski brand is founded by the most successful ski racer (& of course passionate freerider!) Marcel Hirscher, and he puts all his experience, know-how and (pre-)love into the products: great things are sure to come out of it!
This is exactly what happened with his VAN DEER brand - within just over a year: from the first prototype to the feet of Hendrik Kristoffersen, who immediately became world champion at the 2023 World Championships in Couchevel!
How cool is that?
The fact that we (are allowed to) present the VAN DEER skis on the "Wall of Fame" in the Sport65 shop is in the nature of things - because love in products, in processing and in the most sustainable production possible also counts for us. All skis are handmade in Mittersill, Austria.
You simply have to take a look at them, touch them and feel directly: nothing was left to chance here, every detail is just right.
And when you take your first turns on your VAN DEER... you'll love it just as much as we do, the team from the "Headquater of Fun"!

The PRO series offers everything you need to experience real racing feeling: Precise edge grip, high stability, strong acceleration and top speed to pull your turns in the snow without compromise. This ski is made with the same materials and in exactly the same construction as the original VAN DEER World Cup skis.
The only difference is that the PRO series has been given a wider geometry and a shorter 21-meter radius (with a ski length of 174cm), so that pros chasing hundredths of a second can have just as much fun with it as ambitious skiers on the hard-prepared piste or race track.
It has already passed the ultimate endurance test: Marcel Hirscher co-developed the PRO series, released it himself and made sure he got a proper manual race room tuning. So you can get the best out of you, from the first to the last turn - on a handmade race ski in the beautiful VAN DEER design.
