At long last! At long last, another SCOTT ski series that completely impressed us from the very first test ride!
It's well known that SCOTT can build brilliant skis - and it's also well known that things have perhaps become a little too extreme in recent years.
With the new SEA (=Ski Everywhere Anytime) series, the Swiss company has returned to the successes of the legendary Punisher, Crusade,... and created a real "everyday" freeride ski that doesn't overtax good skiers or underchallenge pros!
A ski that, depending on the chosen centre width, always works great on the piste and in groomed terrain - and of course in the backcountry: super easy to float and playful to turn. It provides an extra portion of fun anywhere and at any time!
We from the Sport65 team got the skis under our feet immediately after their launch - and were extremely impressed: finally, finally another SCOTT model that we can present as an outstanding product in its category on the famous "Wall of Fame" in the Sport65 shop.

This innovative 3D rocker was developed exclusively for SEA skis and is integrated into the tip and tail. Designed for a fatigue-free set-up angle, seamless edge transitions and maximum playfulness. It makes every ride a breeze, regardless of the terrain.
And that this construction works perfectly: the Sport65 has personally convinced itself of this! - Construction: Scott Sandwich Powder construction, an elliptical sandwich sidewall construction made of carbon/aramid with Titanal reinforcement for optimum damping and smoothness as well as a bombproof hold of the binding in the ski, even at high speed...
- Full lenght woodcore: Double core made from poplar wood. A continuous wood core from the tip to the tail of the ski
The full-length wood core produces a more even ski flex and creates a homogeneous transition between the centre section and the rockered tip and tail. - Titanal reinforcement in the binding area: Stability and performance are the key to compact snow when grip and confidence in the ski are pushed to the limit. The Titanal reinforcement makes the pressure on the edges faster and more precise. The Scott Titanal reinforcement has a unique shape depending on the ski model so as not to interfere with the natural flex and rebound of the ski.
- Pure Freeride Sidecut: A progressive Titanal layer allows for more direct and responsive performance, while a wood core provides a smooth ride and makes every turn easy to navigate - whether you're shredding down a north face or gliding through fresh powder.
