All Mountain camRock technology pulls back the traditional tip contact point by 25% to achieve a slightly flared shovel that supports classic preload in the centre of the ski. The result: improved floatation, more speed and easy turning in soft snow as well as significantly easier turn initiation in simply any situation. - Construction: Sidewall sandwich with Energy 2 Balsa wood core.
Energy 2 Ti Balsa: Microlam designed specifically for women, in the new St. Ana the balsa core is wrapped with 2 thin layers of titanium laminate and carbon, giving the ski more dynamics and liveliness.
The balsa wood core is a Microlam construction made of numerous thin balsa wood stringers arranged next to each other, which provide a strong and metallic damping feeling at extremely low weight. This damping guarantees a safe ride even in the toughest conditions.
THE BALSAW TREE: We use the fastest growing hardwood in the world for our cores, so our skis are both extremely solid and environmentally sustainable.
BALSA UNDER THE MICROSCOPE: NATURAL STRENGTH FROM NATURE
