"Nordica designed the updated Enforcer 110 to suit the needs of someone who wants a wider ski but doesn’t necessarily want to work hard to drive the ski forward and keep it on edge. Traditional camber underfoot has the familiar edge-hold that’s ideal for groomers and variable snow, while the rockered blunt tip and tail and wide platform allow the ski to float through powder. Rocker in the tip and tail also makes starting and finishing turns smoother and easier due to the gradual transition to and from the effective edge. In order to keep the Enforcer 110 lighter and more playful in soft snow than the 100 and 93 versions, Nordica introduced something they call Energy 2 Titanium Balsa, which adds balsa wood into the poplar and beech core, as well as two thin layers of carbon to help compensate for the now lighter core. Two strips of metal (titanal) help stiffen the ski up. While skiing the Enforcer 110 at Big Sky, I felt it had an inconsistent flex pattern when skiing at higher speeds. The tail of the ski seemed solid, but the tip was like a bull about to enter the rodeo: a lot of energy, but not quite sure what to do with it.

Allmountain Enforcer CamRock: All Mountain camRock! Technology pulls the traditional contact point of the tip back about 25% and the tail 5%, creating slight tip and tail rocker to aid the camber under foot. The result - increased floatation, velocity and maneuverability in soft snow as well as significantly increased ease of turn initiation in any condition. - Construction: Sandwich sidewall
- Energy 2 Titanium: Race technologies featuring a wood core and two-layer-metal beyond the edges. Superb power transmission, torsional stiffness and edge grip.
- Carbon Chassis: Nordica´s new carbon reinforced construction is about 35 % lighter than ordinary glass fibers. Full-fledged carbon stringers do not only reduce the ski´s weight, but also lead to an increase in its stability and torsional stiffness. The result is a more powerful, lighter, more stable Enforcer that is playful and versatile.
- True Tip Technology: Nordica managed to extend and regenerate the construction´s light wood core in such a manner, that it now runs all the way through to the top. That way, the heavier ABS plastics, which had been used previously, could be reduced. Not only does this save weight, but it also gives the ski a more playful and controlled feel. In the process, the ski doesn´t lose any of the renowned classic, powerful and stable feeling. An entirely new generation.
