The e-Power Joy is Head's sportiest women's ski and is based on the legendary Supershape series from Head - but now combined with the "e" series.
This ski is rightly named because the racing-inspired ski is a high-performance ski for sporty female skiers who like to let it rip on the piste, but are looking for a lighter ski that releases its sporty potential in a woman.
Due to its lightweight construction, the JOY is: the perfect racing machine for women who are strong on skis!
This ski has the characteristics of a race ski, but thanks to the new, narrower shovel, it is easier to turn and less demanding to ski.
A ski that has excited our entire Sport65 Shop Team so much that we simply have to present it on the Sport65 "Wall of Fame"!
And that: for the very first time! HEAD skis have not been in our focus so far, as we found the well-known Supershapes simply too "unspectacular".
With this ski it's a completely different story!

EMC - the Energy Management Circuit - is a new innovative technology built into HEAD's race and performance skis. Negative frequencies are filtered out of the ski. Less vibration means a much more stable ski, more edge grip in the snow, a ski you trust unconditionally and can fully concentrate on your technique.
EMC (Energy Management Circuit) is based on two ceramic piezo elements integrated into the front and back of the ski. Kinetic energy is converted into electrical energy. This energy is conducted through a Graphene Layer in the ski and used to filter negative virbrations from the ski. The result is a smoother ski with more grip. - Speed Rocker: Moderate rocker on the shovel only. Facilitates turning with a flat ski and provides smoothness and tolerance in the turns. The rise is moderate so that the ski works in the turn over the entire contact length of the edges.

Thanks to PowerRail technology, the JOY 12 GW PRD can be quickly mounted and adjusted on all skis with a pre-mounted PR Base.
This binding can be used with all boots with Alpine (ISO 5355) or GripWalk (ISO 9523) soles.
