Phoenix - the women's line of the Thunderbird series, here with Titanal: Pure high performance carving for women!
Sporty female skiers who like to go a bit faster will reach new levels of performance on the Blizzard Phoenix R13 Ti.
An ingenious on-piste women's ski awaits you!
Women-specific elements, such as the slightly forward-shifted binding, the extra-soft construction and the extremely high-quality Trueblend wood core, guarantee optimal adjustment to the needs of female skiers.
The core of the ski, laminated from different types of wood, enables more dynamics and agility on the piste.
The 72 mm centre width and full camber construction allow fast edging and offer the best edge grip on icy slopes.
How great a day of skiing is usually depends on how much fun you have.
The Phoenix R13 Ti was designed with the intention of giving you the confidence and control needed to make this ski do what you want, when you want it.
So you can focus on having fun.
Equipped with a new TrueBlend piste wood core and an additional Titanal binding for even more stability and edge grip, the PHOENIX R13 Ti gives you the confidence to carve and cruise confidently on any groomed slope at any speed.
A femininely designed ski that is super sporty to ride and noticeably increases the fun factor.
About Blizzard Thunderbird...
Blizzard THUNDERBIRD - a completely new, unprecedented ski series is waiting for ultimate high-performance piste use and will conquer the slopes - guaranteed!
With the new Thunderbird concept Blizzard carves into new spheres of ski construction - the whole not only designed by the Blizzard professionals from the factory in Mittersill, but worldwide many dealers, ski instructors and passionate skiers were involved in a focus group in the development of this new series - among others, we from Sport65 could also participate here - and: Are super happy that the Blizzard engineers have implemented exactly our wish!
Because the Thunderbird series is based on a simple concept: A ski construction made exclusively of high-end materials such as carbon and titanal, HANDMADE in Mittersill in Salzburgerland, so in the middle of the Alps.
A perfect binding integration and tuning on a free gliding Marker plate and with the safe and perfectly power transmitting Marker bindings.
And of course the heart of the ski: the revolutionary TRUEBLEND Woodcore from Blizzard - the patented wood core construction that makes the difference to all other ski manufacturers.
The Trueblend Woodcore is nothing new, as it has already dominated all tests in the super successful "Allcondition" series with Brahma, Black Pearl and Bonafide and has thrilled skiers of all levels.
Setprice incl. Marker TPX 12 (set up value 12!) bindings on Marker FDT High Performance Plate system!

- Bindings: Marker TPX 12 (Z value 12), GripWalk ready
- Plate system: Marker FDT High Performance

- Sandwich Compound Sidewall: Classic and highest quality ski construction with ABS sidewall and laminated wood core
- Trueblend On-Piste Woodcore: What makes the new Phoenix so accessible, powerful and easy to handle is the perfectly balanced flex offered by its Trueblend Woodcore. It was already developed in the Blizzard All-Mountain collection for winter 2020 and has now been further developed for the demands of piste skiing. Two different types of wood (beech and poplar) are combined into a single wood core. The different density stringers are carefully positioned by quantity and length to create three different density ranges to precisely control flex. The Trueblend Piste Woodcore has a harder flex zone in the middle for stability and edge grip, a medium flex zone in front and behind the binding for control, and a softer flex zone in the tip and tail for easy turn initiation and rebound
Trueblend technology allows precise control of flex throughout the length of the ski and at any size
Setprice incl. Marker TPX 12 (set up value 12!) bindings on Marker FDT High Performance Plate system!
The TPX 12 DEMO binding from Marker is a high-performance model suitable for skiers looking for the perfect combination of high performance, comfort and compatibility with GripWalk soles.
The Triple Pivot X toe offers excellent power transfer, upward release function and a low centre of gravity in turns, while the TCX Light heel enhances comfort with entry facilitated by Twincam technology.
This binding can be used with all skiboots with Alpine (ISO 5355) or GripWalk (ISO 23223) soles.
The Story
Blizzard PHOENIX R13 TI 23/24 & Marker TPX 12 bindings
Blizzard, Tecnica and Nordica at the Sport65 "Headquarter of Fun"...
When companies in winter sports exist for over 75 years, it is something special!
So special, of course, that they should not be missing from the Sport65 range.
What can you say about these legendary brands? Every skier knows the three labels, almost every ski enthusiast has certainly had a Nordica or Tecnica boot or a Blizzard ski under or on their feet at some point in their life.
And for some years now: These brands are experiencing a comeback that is unparalleled!
Blizzard is currently number 1 on the North American market.
Holger has been working as a representative and team rider for Blizzard and Tecnica for years. He has been involved in the "realignment" of the brands from the very beginning.
Tecnica and Nordica ski boots are hard to beat in terms of fit, quality and performance - especially in the freeride sector with boots with high flex and pin inserts.
Why do you think almost all guides and ski instructors at Sport65 and freerideschule.de like Tecnica or Nordica soles?
The Blizzard and Nordica skis from Mittersill are fantastic in all different areas of use, from race to high performance on-piste to freeride and freetouring - logically they are in great numbers on our famous "Wall of Fame" in the Sport65 shop.
Top products are made exclusively from top materials, which makes these products a little more expensive, but durable and of insane quality.
Pure riding fun is guaranteed.
Of course, you will also find many Nordica and Blizzard skis as well as Tecnica boots in the Sport65 rental & test centre, just come to our shop in Weinheim...
This product is "made in Europe"!
Always a main focus in the Sport65 range!
The Blizzard and Nordica skis are developed, tested and produced in their own factory in Mittersill, almost directly at the lift - as a close partner, we at Sport65 are often involved from the very beginning.
Tecnica and Nordica boots are developed in Giavera, at the foot of the Dolomites, by real skiers - and are also produced there.
All liners: hand-sewn in Italy - quality you can feel!
