The Mach Sport HV 85: The perfect "problem solver" for voluminous feet or strong calves!
The Mach Sport HV 85 W is a ski boot that offers comfort and confidence, designed for advanced female skiers with larger foot volumes. Women's specific features of this boot include the C.A.S. Cuff Adapt system, which allows the volume in the calf area to be individually adjusted to different calf shapes, and the Women's Natural Stance design, which provides a balanced skiing position.
An anatomically shaped NFS liner with Celliant provides warmth and a comfortable, secure fit. If required, the fit can be further adjusted to the shape of the foot with Tecnica's C.A.S. system.
Double Quick-Instep and Lift-Lock buckles ensure easy entry and exit and the 85-Flex provides good grip.
Tecnica Mach Series - this is almost the magic word in the ski boot industry - never before has the volume principle been adopted so consistently in a ski boot series.
LV (Low Volume) for narrow or flat feet, MV (Mid Volume) for slightly wider forefeet or HV (High Volume) for feet that are either very wide at the front or have a high instep (often due to a hollow foot).
Regardless of the flex hardness, the volume principle is exactly the same for both men's and women's models.
Only plastic, which is thermally very malleable, is used and all inner shoes can be precisely adjusted to the foot both thermally and mechanically.
Mach SPORT: Is the comfort-performance line of the Mach1 - the fit and the material of the shell are exactly identical, only here a slightly different inner shoe concept is used, the NFS inner shoe, which is of course thermally adjustable, but is somewhat softer and more comfortable than the high-end C.A.S. inner shoe.
The entry into the Mach SPORT shoes is somewhat easier due to the larger Quick-Instep, which is very pleasant for riders with a higher instep or wider foot.
The upper buckle is equipped with a quick adjustment mechanism that can be changed without tools, so you can also adjust quickly during the ski day.
One thing is the same with Mach SPORT as with Mach1:
The boot should fit the foot and the skier's needs - and not the other way round!

The C.A.S. Shell has an anatomical shape that matches the shape of the foot. This allows for a better out-of-the box initial fit. The dimples on the shell offer less surface tension and facilitate heating, making customizing the shell easier. The shell retains the new shape better and longer - Tecnica Cuff Adapter technology for the right fit
A quick, simple, easy to use device that adjusts the cuff to fit the female calf. Allows an additional 12mm (3º) of adjustment for personalization resulting in more comfort, better circulation which aids warmth and increased performance - Liner: NFS liner with Celliant microcrystals, thermally adjustable.
The liner with Celliant is activated by 13 thermally reactive minerals that convert body heat into infrared energy and increase warmth. The infrared rays penetrate deep into the tissue and improve circulation, oxygen supply and blood flow. This results in more warmth, better performance and heat regulation, and faster recovery.

RECYCLE YOUR BOOTS - The Tecnica Group with Tecnica & Nordica recycles your old ski boots!
Tecnica Group is contributing to a greener, better future with its new "Recycle Your Boots" project.
Since even small contributions have an impact, we at Sport65 are of course taking part in this project.
Plastic waste is one of the biggest problems / challenges of our time.
However, plastic per se is not a bad material. Since Tecnica's and Nordica´s ski boots are mainly made of plastic, the company wants to take action and do its part to improve the situation and give a second life to a ski boot that really can't be used anymore!
And not just recycle the plastic - the entire boot is dismantled, the aluminium parts are recycled and after shredding, filling material is obtained from the inner shoes.
The recycled plastic is used to make parts of the new ski boots and other plastic objects.
How does it work?
- You buy a new ski boot at Sport65.
- You hand in your "old" ski boot to us for recycling (Exception touring shoes with fixed Vibram sole!)
- We at Sport65 collect the old ski boots until they are worth transporting
- The old boots are collected from us by FERCAM
- The company LaPrima Plastics disassembles the ski boots into their individual parts.
- The recovered secondary raw materials are reprocessed
- The University of Padua supervises the whole process
Tecnica's "Recycle Your Boots" project was accepted and financially supported by the LIFE programme, a support programme for environmental, nature and climate protection.
