The Revolve Shell meets the demands of today!
Precise, close-fitting and proven, this 99 mm last shell is the shell of the modern era. The ribbed tongue allows for a smoother, more natural linear flex from shin to toe. The tongue flexes like a flexible straw for a smooth rebound. Unlike traditional designs, the rear cuff infinitely pivots forward with the calf for less shin soreness and more control.
Thanks to the QuickFit™ system, all FL3X shoes - including the shells - can be adjusted to the exact needs of your foot.
Oh yes: And in our Boot LAB we also get the boot to fit exactly after analysing your foot, because that's the famous be-all and end-all when buying ski boots - guaranteed!
About: 3 Piece (Cabrio) Design:
With the Cabrio Design technology, the ski boot is assembled from 3 main elements.
Shell, cuff and the tongue form the supporting parts.
The advantage compared to the overlap construction (= all other 4-buckle ski boots) is the even foot and wall wrapping, a comfortable, precise fit and the great flex properties which are particularly advantageous when carving.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF THE CABRIO DESIGN?
Modern skis react better and can be steered more comfortably around the turn than old, long, non-waisted skis.
The boots had to become torsionally stiffer and at the same time softer and more comfortable in forward flex.
The Cabrio design meets exactly these requirements of skiers, maximum support when carving, stability, good ski control and a dynamic return behaviour are the special features of the construction.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Cabrio Design construction allows the use of harder and stiffer plastic in the lower shell. This accelerates the transfer of power from the lower leg to the edge of the ski. The construction prevents the boot from giving way and twisting under extreme loads. The comfortable, progressive forward flex is achieved by the independently working tongue. The flex and performance can be changed by changing the tongue.
There is also an adjustment mechanism on the shoe for forward flex. Only shoes with the Cabrio Design construction have such a direct and targeted power transmission and at the same time such a harmonious and progressive flex.
This makes them: They are the ideal boots for all skiers who want to incorporate jumps, park or freestyle elements such as moguls etc. into their style and want a responsive - but also forgiving ski boot.

Founded in 2006 under the umbrella of K2 Sports, an association of eight iconic winter sports brands, the Full Tilt brand has been known since its inception for its three-piece ski boot technology, chosen by top pros around the world and a major contributor to progressive ski culture.
The idea was not new: after all, Full Tilt secured one of the most outstanding technologies in ski boot construction with the legendary Raichle Flexon Comp and has continued to develop it.
And although the Full Tilt brand is now called K2, the proven three-piece ski boot and the global support of athletes who have shaped the brand over the years will be carried on by K2 Skis. For now and the future, K2's continued commitment will continue to drive boot innovation and further the evolution and culture of skiing.
