This is what the ski world has been waiting for - a binding that combines the advantages of a Pin (=Dynafit System) binding (ascent comfort, better pivot point) with those of a radical downhill binding (automatic heel release with safety release, much more skiing performance).
What happens when you cross the best freeride binding technology on the market with the lightweight pin front head of Alpinist and Kingpin?
That's right: you get the radical Duke PT, the crowning glory of the Royal Family under your feet!
Yes, we also know that similar systems already exist - but none works as flawlessly and smoothly as the Duke PT - and yes, we can say that, because we have already been on the road with the first prototypes of the PT since 2020 and have put them through their paces around the globe...
The Duke PT 12 (DIN 4-12) combines the performance of a Jester with the ascent comfort of a pin binding. The latest generation of the even lighter Hollow Linkage heel at the rear, the completely newly developed Ride & Hike Toe at the front: for ascending, the upper part of the toe piece is folded forward, exposing the pin binding.
To save moving weight on the ski, the front upper part can also be removed and stowed in the backpack.
The multifunctional Lock & Walk unit automatically locks the brake and offers a 10° climbing aid.
Before setting off, the front toe section is simply put back on or folded down, which automatically locks it fourfold and activates the function of a classic front toe.
With a stand height of only 24 mm, direct power transmission and fast edge changes are a matter of course.
Thanks to the Multinorm Sole.ID, all Duke PTs are compatible with Alpine, Touring and GripWalk soles.
Note: Binding prices in conjunction with skisets count only in combination with the ski and are including mounting and pre-adjustment.
Skisets with bindings are only pre-assembled and not adjusted according IAS rules.
The correct adjustment must be checked in a shop with your original skiboots.

Of course you need boots with PIN for the ascent, of course...
