Sidas Fitting Pads 5mm for ski boot padding and fitting

Self-adhesive pads to pad and fit ski boots in "home work".
The self-adhesive pads are simply stuck directly onto the foot, in the places where you want space in your ski boot.
Carefully pull the ski sock over it and get into the pre-warmed inner boot, or ski boot and tighten the buckles.
The thermally adjustable inner shoe of your ski boot can be warmed up to the specified temperature in a household oven.
- Warm-up time and temperature vary depending on the model (please refer to the manufacturer's information!).
Usually thin INTUTION or Palau liners (mostly used in touring boots) approx. 6-8 minutes 120°C, thicker liners (like Tecnica CAS or Nordica liners) 6-8 minutes 80°C.
