Mammut Barryvox S avalanche tranceiver
The Barryvox S is the flagship avalanche transceiver on the market, offering you maximum support.
The Barryvox S from Mammut is an avalanche transceiver that offers you maximum support. Thanks to sophisticated software support, it works interactively with you for the first time. It shows you not only the distance, but also speed and direction, and thus guides you to the buried subject with incredible precision and ease of understanding.
This SMART SEARCH technology helps you to effectively avoid mistakes during the search - because it automatically "crosses" the buried subject during the search - a feature that no other device on the market offers!
Powerful, easy and fast
With a search strip width of 70 metres, the Barryvox is one of the top devices in the world. We also know: Only an easy-to-use avalanche transceiver saves lives in an emergency. That's why the usability of the new next-generation Barryvox has been completely overhauled.
The new Barryvox generation continues the impeccable reliability for which the old avalanche transceivers were already known. At the same time, we have made huge improvements in terms of usability and performance. It now combines a powerful search and intimate handling, so you can find buried victims quickly, easily and reliably.
The new Barryvox is not only the device with one of the largest reception ranges and one of the widest safely usable search strips on the market. Where the Mammut-LVS shines is in its intuitive operation. Because we are aware that you can only really use the performance of your device in an emergency if you can operate it almost blindfolded.
We are happy to show you the simple and effective functions of the Barryvox at our freeride camps during exercises where it belongs - in the snow!
