It provides the fibres with a coating but does not seal them – therefore the breathable properties are preserved.
Holmenkol Hightec proof is suitable for all functional textiles such as Goretex®, Sympatex®, Schoeller® etc. but also for softshell, fleece, microfibre as well as for nano-technology clothing and leather shoes or gloves.
The result: No need ever to get wet again!

Impregnates sports and functional clothing against moisture and dirt

Reliable after-impregnation keeps the textile dry, elastic and breathable
Conventional impregnators seal or agglutinate the entire surface and prevent the breathability of functional textiles.

Note: Adding heat, e.g. in the dryer, significantly increases the impregnating power. When using the washing machine, completely remove any residual washing additives from the compartment for fabric softener or the impregnation compartment, as these would otherwise neutralise the impregnation. Impregnating additive for rinsing in after washing.
