Covid-19 Information and rules

We want to get you to the snow as safely and comfortably as possible!We want to bring you also in the next season as safe and comfortable as possible in the snow!
In the sense of many of our travel guests and employees then take effect in the winter season for our trips with bus arrival or the Sport65 Shuttle the regulations prescribed by law at the time of travel.

The Sport65 transfer trip takes place, according to the then valid regulations and hygiene regulations to Covid-19, in the Sport65 shuttle or coach.
But: If we are not allowed (or do not want) to use the Sport65 shuttle or coach due to the Covid-19 regulations, we will of course inform you accordingly in advance.
You don't have to miss the days in the snow, but you can change your booking to a self-drive.
The difference of the travel price will be refunded of course!

Concept before and during the trip (depending on then valid legal regulations):

• Application of the general hygiene rules such as distance, mask, disinfection, etc..
• If a 2G regulation should be prescribed again, we will control the proofs accordingly.
• Please do a self-test for Covid-19 before your arrival (no matter if vaccinated, recovered, etc.).
• In case of infection during a Sport65 trip: The infected person must separate from the group and may have to leave.
  In any case, we recommend that you take out "Travel Cancellation & Curtailment Insurance" as we recommend in the booking process.

With this concept we can guarantee the highest possible safety on our trips for you, our team and our partner hotels.

Without regulations it might not work...
In the sense of many of our travel guests and employees, the regulations prescribed by law at the time of travel will then take effect for our trips in the winter season.

Why do we react to legal regulations?
It is certainly not our intention to patronize anyone.
However, there is no such thing as one hundred percent certainty - this is just as true when traveling as it is at home.
We respect every personal decision and the freedom of every individual, but due to our duty of care towards our guests and employees as well as due to the economic situation as a travel company we have to comply with all legal requirements.
With this regulation we hope to minimize the enormous economic risk, by which we as a small company are fully affected.
Last but not least, we also have the greatest probability of finally returning to a new normality: So our guests, our employees/inside, bus companies, mountain guides, partner hotels and ourselves again a certain planning security to give.
Because due to the current situation, in case of a sudden change of regulations at your vacation destination, there will be no possibility for us to cancel bookings free of charge, if only partial services are cancelled.

We know that for some people there are good reasons for a "non-vaccination" and of course we don't want to exclude anyone and we would like to take you with us into the snow - but: We can't take any economic responsibility for services on your trip.

• We expressly point out:
  If, due to incidence, Corona regulations suddenly change in the course of the winter season, we will in any case apply cancellation regulations according to §7 of our T&C.
  Regulations made by third parties (such as access to restaurants, purchase of ski passes, etc.) are not the responsibility of Sport65.

Who knows us, knows: rigid rules and regulations rather do not correspond to our company philosophy.

Should the epidemiological situation change, we reserve the right to adapt these regulations to those required by law.
