We are established in the market since 1989 - wondering why?
Due to the fact that we are not just a sports shop but a tour operator and official DSLV ski school as well. Each member of our team profits from a lot of days on and off piste. Testing, reviewing and checking all the gear we sell in our shop. So we are happy to not only pretend to know what we are talking about, we actually know and are not afraid of talking about pros and cons of the gear we sell! This hands-on experience sets us apart from most of the other shops and more over is the foundation of a great service and expert advice we can provide you as a customer. OUR SPORT65 SHOP TEAM

Unique! When a shop is almost 400km away from the Alps and 100% of the staff goes on a 3-day ski tour together, then that is definitely unique! The fact that you can get advice from us like nowhere else should also be obvious. Every member of our staff knows all the products we sell because we use and test them ourselves. Our shop staff are on the road as ski instructors and guides on our trips and on all summer activities to be fit again in winter. Where else can you find that?
KARIN SATTLER

Karin, our "BOSS" , and one of the founders of Sport65. She is in charge of purchases, sales, bookings and guiding of the trips as well as "her" back office covering the finances. She knows all the numbers! Sometimes she has a hard time with all the guys around, but she knows how to handle them. Besides all the numbers she is the one taking care of the design and decoration of our beloved shop and sets us apart from all the others with her great and unique taste. If you would like to look great on an off piste, do yourself a favour and let her pick out your outfit!
JÜRGEN SATTLER

Jürgen, founder and CEO, in charge of purchases, organisation and guiding of the trips. As well as sales if he is not skiing. Needless to say that he is a really good skier and more over one of the guys that were the pioneers in snowboarding! During summer he is the guy in charge of the tennis business with his background as a former ATP and daviscup stringer he really knows what he is talking about! So if you have any questions on skiing or tennis, give him a call...
HOLGER DÖRSAM

Holger, CEO, DSLV Skiinstructor, organisation, guiding, purchases,sales and the Sport65 website are his duties. Used to work and live in the alps (Davos & Zermatt) before he jumped into Sport65.
"Inventor" and organiser of the Sport65 freeridecamps as well as sales represantative for Blizzard and Tecnica.
Skiing since he can walk, telemarking and snowboarding he traveld the whole world to finally become a real expert in wintersports of all kind. Thats the reason why he gets invited as speaker to special events like ISPO Academy, The Snow & Safety Conference etc., besides giving his expert advice to clients in our shop. Come by and get a piece of his passion and knowledge of the sport!
MARCEL ROTHERMEL

Marcel, "our" Ex-Sport65 BBA Student & first "Sport65 Bachelor (BBA)". Since 2017 proud to be the 4th CEO of Sport65! DSLV Skiinstructor.
Sales, office, organisation and guiding of the trips as well as website, and distribution trought the online store are his part of the business. Alongside Holger he is in charge of the freeridecamps so called "Head of Safety Guides" and in charge of the Sport65 Guide-Team. During summer he is running around playing soccer.
As you can see he might still be young, but is already on the way to becoming a pro in the sports business like his three mentors.
ANDI DEUCHERT

Andi, DSLV Skiinstructor and head of the Sport65 Kidsclub & family trips as well as a Safety Guide on the freeridecamps.
Andi started working in our workshop a couple of years ago, getting skis and snowboards ready for the slopes. Until now he worked his way up to become part of the Sport65 family being the director of the workshop and rental center. He is a passionate and great skier as well and a crazy about all kind of skiing gear! Let him know if you have any issues with your old gear or are looking for something new. He will most likely have the proper solution.
MARKUS JAKOB

Markus, passionate endurance athlete and good skier from Heppenheim. In his former life, he studied sports science at the TU Darmstadt and graduated with a diploma, when he was already at the start with us as a guest on ski trips. But like so many of us: Did he indeed study to then make something: An online store and store with the themes of running, cycling and hiking. In addition, he was a content creator in the field of copywriting for an outdoor online store. Now Markus has taken the combination of stationary retail store and online store to Sport65.
In the future, Markus will focus on the online store, social media content and of course also in the store as a consultant, especially in our running analysis to bring his experience.
His free time is his family, running/cycling and the handball sport of his boys at HC VfL Heppenheim, where Markus is involved in the coaching team.
JANIS OEDER

Janis, DSLV ski instructor, the "new guy from Bavaria". Janis is a classic career changer. He studied business administration and worked for a long time in air and sea freight forwarding in various countries - such as Japan and New Zealand, where he also skied. He is an enthusiastic skier and mountain biker and has now decided to turn these hobbies into a career and "sign on" with us.
SPORT65 ON COURT

Here, too, we can often be found in the summer - we are not tennis professionals by any means, but we still know the differences between the rackets, the strings, our tennis shoes.... This is certainly quite unique for a sports shop and for the benefit of our customers...
NICHOLAS BECK

Nick, the next "former BA student from DHBW Mannheim" who stayed here after his bachelor examen- formally the guy in the workshop. A passionate skier and mountainbiker who loves to service skis and boards to perfection. You think your ski is to slow? Give it to him and you will be suprised!
LUCA FIEDERLEIN

Luca, DSLV ski instructor, our first "self-trained" office administrator - but of course not "only" an office administrator, because Luca studied sports science with a bachelor's degree at the TU Darmstadt before his Sport65 life and then did an apprenticeship with us as well - why with us: Because he is of course an enthusiastic skier like all of us and is otherwise a footballer like Marcel. Oh yes, the next Odenwälder in the Sport65 team... and that's a good thing!
SPORT65 ON BIKE

You'll find us almost every day in the summer - we don't sell bikes, but we do have lots of accessories such as helmets, goggles, backpacks and clothing, and we can give you expert advice here, because we use the things ourselves..
PERCY WITZEL

Percy -wer kennt ihn nicht? DSLV Skilehrer, Tiroler Skilehrer. Schon ewig bei uns als Skilehrer im Sport65 Team dabei und oft im Sport65 Shop im Verkauf zu finden! Percy lebte und arbeitete jahrelang als Profi-Skilehrer im Klein-Walsertal und ist Sport-Business Profi durch und durch! Wir sind happy, ihn jetzt im Shop für euch dabei zu haben, denn erstens: Ist Percy immer witz(l)ig drauf und zweitens: Ist er ein Fachmann im Wintersport, wie es sie nicht so oft gibt!
MAX KREUTER

Max, unser BA Student, der bei uns und an der DHBW Mannheim zu finden ist. Wenn einer wirklich sagen kann "vom Zauberteppich bis zum Studium Sport65" dann Max! Denn er konnte kaum laufen, da war er schon mit seinen Eltern bei uns dabei. Jetzt nicht nur auf den Sport65 Reisen als Skilehrer am Start, sondern auch mit seinem Sport- und vor allem: Wintersportwissen bei uns im Shop zu finden.
Statt des angestrebten Medizinstudiums haben wir Max bei 1-2 Kaltgetränken in Sulden, in unserem Personalbüro Café Ilse von seinem Wechsel zu uns überzeugt und er: hat unterschrieben!
So kanns gehen - Kaum aus dem Schneepflug rausgekommen und zack: Bei den Sport65 #hillsangels unter Vertrag! Die Sport65 Familie: Wächst...
CHRISTINA JUNGMANN

Christina, ein echtes Odenwälder Mädchen aus dem „Tal“ arbeitet 4 Tage in der Woche als Erzieherin in der Kita – und 2 Tage in der Woche als Erzieherin bei uns im Shop! Fährt schon immer Ski, wer ihren Nachnamen kennt, weiss gleich Bescheid ((:: Bei uns zuständig für fast alles, ob unsere großen Autos fahren, den Verleih und natürlich die Werkstatt, wo sie den großen Schraubenschlüssel schwingt. Und im Sommer: Oft (auch mit uns) auf dem Bike quer durch den Odenwald unterwegs!
Ach ja, übrigens die erste Kerwepfarrerin im „Tal“ – also: Lasst euch ins Gebet nehmen!
PATRICK STANG

Patrick, und noch ein Odenwaldes Bub! Patrick bedient unsere Wintersteiger Maschinen und sorgt für frischen Schliff auf unserem Leihmaterial und natürlich auf euren Ski und Boards im Sport65 Ski & Board LAB. Wenn er nicht in unserer Werkstatt steht: Ist er auf dem Fussballplatz zu finden - wo er laut Marcel extrem schnell ist!
Gute Voraussetzungen, denn in der Werkstatt ist Schnelligkeit immer von Vorteil, natürlich immer gepaart mit Technik, wie auf dem Fussballplatz ((::
FLORIAN EITEL

Flo ("shorty"), guide, head safety guide and natural talent in sales and the workshop.
He worked in our workshop several years and was "THE" guy for the perfect shape of the skis. Sadly he has a "real" job now and only works part time in our shop and workshop or as a guide on our various trips. Flo is a real strong skier but even a better mountainbiker one of the best in germany!
JÖRG HERRMANN

Jörg, was one of the first employees of Karin and Jürgen. He was the guy in charge when those two have been traveling around the moutains. Most of our regular customers know and really like him.
"Regrettably" he finally finished his finaly exams at the university and is working in a "real" job right now. But in high season you will most likely find him helping us out in the shop on weekends. We are happy to have him and can always rely on him. As well as you can! He is an expert in ski boots and fitting!
ULI DÖRSAM

Uli, DSLV Skiinstructor, guiding on Sport65 trips.

Honestly the most important guy working in the background.
