Heli & Ride Week Monterosa / Gressoney Royale
Sport65 - with a maximum in safety into the snow:
If your booked Sport65 trip may not take place due to restrictions, the already paid travel price or deposits will be fully refunded by us.
Of course, any payment by you is also covered by the travel insurance certificate in accordance with §651k BGB at tourVers / Hanse Merkur insurance, which you will receive directly with the booking.
Unfortunately, concluded insurances are not refundable.

We are insanely looking forward to the coming winter with you. But as you know:
Without regulations it may not work....
In the sense of many of our travel guests and employees then take effect in the winter season for our trips the regulations prescribed by law at the time of travel.
Sport65 Royale: This Freeridecamp is labeled with Sport65 Royale!
- Guides: We exclusively work with UIAGM Guides that are either local or very familiar with the area.
- Groups: Our heliski groups have the size of 4 guests per UIAGM Guide, to provide a maximum on safety and flexibility. The Chopper is reserved for our group, so we are able to fly when ever the conditions are best.
- Heli flights incuded: 2 flights/person are included! Which will cover about 4000m descent in high alpine terrain. Additional flights can always be organnized by our staff on sight.
- Refund for not used helicopter flights: 140.- Euro per flight/person*
- "Down days": The area around Gressoney, Champoluc and Alagna has a lot to offer besides the heli skiing. On down days the guides will find some spectacular runs in the off-piste areas of the resorts for you. Some of those runs are easy access and some of them need to be hiked. Therefore your skis have to be mounted with a hiking-mode binding and set up with a pair of skins on any of our heli skiing trips.
- Premium Testski - we will bring some testskis from the legendary Sport65 "Wall of Fame", that you can try
- Sport65 rental gear service for latest freeride equipment with "Try & Buy" oportunity

Your expectations...
- On our Heli & Ride Camps most of the time we have 1-2 Heli days inlcuded.
The exact amount of drops or flight hours are stated in the "Achievements" of the trip.
As well as the terms for cancellations of the included flights due to bad wheater conditions.
The refund of these flights will be done trough a voucher that can be used within 18 months for any other Sport65 trip or even for the shop.
OR: You are a private group of 4 or 8 persons, than we can add the heliski package tailor made for you. Please feel free to ask us for your personal package! - On non heli days we will be freeriding around the resort with access trough the chair lifts or if needed, put on the skins to reach untouched terrain. The programm for each day will get plannend based on physical strenght of the group to guarantee that everybody has a once in a liftetime experience!
- Rappelling might be needed to reach untouched places or great couloirs. Thats the reason why we need a harness.
- But: No worries as already mentioned we are not hiking, skinning or climbing for fun...it's all about the descent!
- We will do some avalanche training as well, but a good basic knowledge is mandatory!
- You will experience some of the greatest heliskiing & freeride areas first hand and draw lines into untouched terrain!
- Size of the group :1 Guide + 4 guests, super exclusive group size!

Your requirements...
- Fitness level: MEDIUM to HIGH
- A base of physical strenght and fitness is mandatory, we will be skiing a lot and mostly off piste!
- A big part of the Sport65 Index is your personal skiing experience as well - the better skier your are, the less energy you need to ski all day.
- In short: Better technique makes up for a lack of endurance...
- We are olny skiing in the slack- and backcountry in high alpine mountains.
- Hikes from 200 to 500 meters vertical possible. - Skiing skills:
- Experienced skiers off piste skiing all kind of terrain fluently with very good technique - Previous knowledge:
- First experience offpiste needed.
- In the best case you have already joined one of our freeride camps before. So we can guarantee you the most of fun!
- Experience in: Hiking with skins
- Handling avalanche safety gear, further trainings will get done during the camp.
- Experience in rappelling is not mandatory, if needed our guides will show you how to. - Equipment:
- Freeride skis or Freetouring skis with a min. of 95-100mm under foot with touring bindings and skins.
- The full avalanche equipment (shovel, probe, beacon).
- Airbag backpack (mandatory for heli skiing)
- Harness, helmet
- INFO: If you need to rent any of this, no problem! Let us know in the booking form. - Snowboarder: Normally can not participate in an Expert Camp, because skiers and snowboardes are moving too different in the backcountry.
But: If you are a a very skilled Splitboarder with experience in Hiking with skins or if you are a mixed group we can organize a camp for you!

Important information about included and extra services:
- All services are included in the travel price.
- Extras are not included and must be paid at your destination or will be added in the booking form.
Please remember to bring cash to be ready for unpaid extras. - Lift tickets: If lift tickets are not included in the price, Sport65 is in charge of providing you with lift tickets we advise that we do not take responsibility for terms and rules of the lift companys.
In case that we get free tickets we need them for our guides and staff. Special rates do not need to be forwarded to the customer.
Booking of lift tickets is mandatory.
Exception: Holders of season tickets or interconnection tickets (like Tirol Snowcard,...) must not buy tickets and can use their own ticket.
Please note this during the booking procedure. - Additional costs for transportation during the trip (bus, train, taxi/cab rides) which are not already included have to be paid extra.
- Visitor's tax: Will be added in the booking process and paid seperatly from Sport65 to the hotel.
If not: Visitors taxes are not included in the travel price and will get charged directly by the accomodation to you. - Drinks and additional food (which is not included in the service) have to be paid extra.

Cancellation of a formal and confirmed reservation has to be done by email and will effect the following terms:
Until the 15th day before pick up date 10,00 EUR
Until the 3rd day before pick up date 20,00 EUR
If the gear did not get picked up on the stated day in the reservation sheet the cancellation fee of 80% of the quoted price will get charged. We will process an invoice automtically and send it to the renter. Refusal of the payment will get pursued by law. - Please pay attention to our terms! They are mandatory with each booking.

Wir fahren hier mit unseren Mercedes Bussen ab/nach Weinheim.
Pick-up Service unterwegs oder Abholung an einem Flughafen (Frankfurt, Stuttgart) oder Bahnhof auf Anfrage möglich.
Sollten wir vor Ort Transferfahrten machen, versuchen wir euch gerne im Sport65 Shuttle mitzunehmen - natürlich haben die Kunden, die die Fahrt mit uns gebucht haben Vorrang.

In the sense of many of our travel guests and employees then take effect in the winter season for our trips with bus arrival or the Sport65 Shuttle the regulations prescribed by law at the time of travel.
But: If we are not allowed (or do not want) to use the Sport65 shuttle or coach due to the Covid-19 regulations, we will of course inform you accordingly in advance.
You don't have to miss the days in the snow, but you can change your booking to a self-drive.
The difference of the travel price will be refunded of course!

- Abfahrtsort Sport65 Shuttle: Unser Abfahrtsort ist direkt beim Sport65 Shop in Weinheim.
Adresse: Am Hauptbahnhof 8 - Im 3-Glocken Center, 69469 Weinheim
- Check-In Zeit: Samstag, 11 Uhr an der Ortovox Pow(d)erbar im Sport65 Shop.
Parkmöglichkeiten für eure Autos sind dort vorhanden, Parkgebühren siehe unten.
Du kannst natürlich im Shop noch Einkäufe erledigen, solltest du noch etwas für deine Reise mit uns benötigen.
Solltest du in deiner Buchung Mietmaterial bestellt haben, kannst du dieses beim Einchecken im Sport65 Miet & Testcenter aussuchen, anprobieren und einstellen lassen.
Es wird dann direkt in den Sport65 Van verladen.

Parking spots available on the main parking lot in front of the Sport65 Shop. No reservations have to be made!
Special rates for Sport65 customers:
- 2,5 until 3 days 14,00 EUR (Departure Friday, arrival Sunday night)
- 3,5 until 4 days 19,00 EUR (Departure Thursday, arrival Sunday night)
- 4,5 until 5 days 25,00 EUR (Departure Wednesday, arrival Sunday night)
- 7 until 9 days 38,00 EUR (Weekly rate)
The regulations and house rules from the parking lot owner are applicable.
- Sport65 is allowed to cancel this trip 15 days before start in case of not reaching the minium number of participants.
Any costs for booked transfers or transportation to the destination of departure will not be refunded by Sport65. - Pick up from the Sport65 Bus or Van along our travel route (Switzerland A5 via Basel-Bern or Basel-Zürich, Austria/Italy A5/A6/A7 via Karlsruhe, Stuttgart, Ulm,...) are possible but must be discussed before booking.
Your are a group of 10 people and would like to book a pick up and ride to our destination of departure? Let us know and we will give you a ride in our Van for an extra charge. Frankfurt, Mainz, Wiesbaden, Darmstadt... - In case you chose Self-arrival travel you will be responsible for the late arrival, if it is not represented by Sport65.
A claim for damages for non-preserved benefits does not arise from it. - If you choose self arrival we do not guarantee a free seat in our bus or shuttle for transfers to the ski resorts.

Set in the ancient village Gressoney La Trinité at the foot of Monte Rosa's impressive massif, "Lo Scoiattolo" is a hotel, where relaxation and comfort merge with the exquisite hospitality of the owners. Probably some of the best food you ever got at a hotel.

Freeride-Paradise heißt es an der Gondel von Alagna.
Der Name ist Programm! Hier erwartet euch Besonderes...
Die Gondel zur Punta Indren bringt uns in schnellster Zeit auf über 3200m und mitten rein in die Traum-Freeridehänge, alle Hänge ohne Präparierung, Der Zutritt hier ist sogar nur mit LVS Ausrüstung möglich.
Wer sowohl auf gepflegten italienischen Pisten mit gemütlichen Hütten, als auch off-piste in einer grandiösen Hochgebirgswelt unterwegs sein möchte und gleichzeitig ein ganz spezielles Lebensgefühl der Freeride-Szene sucht, ist hier genau richtig!
Powderstress nach Schneefall á la Arlberg? Hier ein Fremdwort!
Mitte der 90er Jahre fuhr man nach La Grave, Verbier oder Chamonix, heute fällt in einem Atemzug mit diesen legendären Orten immer wieder der Name Monte-Rosa Ski und Gressoney oder Alagna.
Warum wohl? Weil es wirklich einer der größten und spektakulärsten "Spielplätze" der Alpen ist!
Off-piste Möglichkeiten ohne Grenzen. Tiefschnee-Cracks erfüllen sich dort ihre innigsten Träume.
Von Abfahrten in 40-55 Grad steilen Wänden und Couloirs mit bis zu 2.500 Höhenmetern Abfahrt offenen und breiten Hängen.
Zudem ist die Monterosa Region eines der letzten Heliski-Resorts Europas, in dem wir uns auf die höchsten Gipfel bringen lassen können und unvergleichliche Abfahrtsmöglichkeiten vorfinden.
Im Übrigen: Günstiger und mit mehr Abfahrtsmetern kommt man nirgendwo auf der Welt zum Heliskiing!
Sich in einer atemberaubenden Gletscherwelt und beeindruckenden Naturlandschaft bewegen, per Helikopter auf die zahlreichen 4000er-Gipfel steigen oder mit Tourenausrüstung und Fellen hochstapfen und die schönsten Runs "erobern".
Natürlich ist hier eine gewisse körperliche Fitness Grundvoraussetzung, denn wir bewegen uns immer auf ca. 3000m Höhe.
Sonne- und Schneegarantie sind für ein Skigebiet, dass auf 2000m beginnt und bis auf 3.300m geht, gegeben.
Rund um die Bergdörfer des Gebietes steht die absolute Prominenz der Alpengipfel aufgereiht: Castor, Pollux, Lysskamm, Monte Rosa, Mont Blanc, Grand Paradiso, Matterhorn,... alles 4000er, die majestätisch über den verschlafen wirkenden Ortschaften thronen.
So vielschichtig wie die Skigebiete sind auch die Sprachen der Einheimischen (Italienisch, Französisch, Deutsch mit Walserdialekt...).
Und Abends?
Im Aostatal geht es auch beim Après anders zu. Gemütliche und rustikale Hütten gibt es zu Hauf im Skigebiet und an den Talstationen.
"Unsere" Aprèsstation fast immer: Die "Morgenrot" mit der schönen Kellerbar und der sonnigen Terrasse an der Jolanda-Talabfahrt...
Wer allerdings hier den "Anton aus Tirol" sucht dem sei gesagt: Du bist falsch hier!
Ganz genial mach einem heftigen Skitag: Die Castore & Pollux Lounge-Bar von Paolo, 50m vom Hotel Lo Scoiatollo entfernt, genau neben der Kirche in Gressoney la Trinité, dort gibt es mega leckere und gehaltvolle Cocktails bei entspanntester Musik und Kuschelecken zum chillen.
Aber psssst - nicht zu vielen Skifahrern weitersagen, das Gebiet ist noch immer ein Geheimtipp und so soll das auch bleiben...

Hoch oben an der neuen Indren Station bewegt man sich auf Gletscher. Die Hänge weissen alle Expositionen auf, so dass man oft Powder und Firn an einem Tag fahren kann! Die Höhenmeter, die man dort machen kann sind fast unglaublich, denn die Bahnen sind alle sehr lang!
HELISKIING: Hier natürlich das große Highlight und sicherlich eines der weltbesten Heliski Gebiete!

Eines der letzten Gebiete mit Helimöglichkeiten, zudem eines der preiswertesten weltweit.
Ab ca. 180.- Euro (inkl. Bergführer) könnt ihr euch hier nach oben fliegen lassen.
Die Ziele die wir ansteuern sind Colle de Lyss, Porta Nero ("Schwarztor"), Colle d´Ayas, Tête de Valpelline,... allsamt über 4000m und mit ca. 2500m Abfahrt durch die grandiose Gletscherwelt rund um das Monterosa Massiv.
Hier arbeiten wir seit jahren mit den Monterosa Guides zusammen, die unsere Gruppen hier betreuen, deren Helikopter wir nutzen, und deren Ortskenntnis wir brauchen, um maximale Sicherheit und die besten Runs zu garantieren!
