Sport65 - with a maximum in safety into the snow:
If your booked Sport65 trip may not take place due to restrictions, the already paid travel price or deposits will be fully refunded by us.
Of course, any payment by you is also covered by the travel insurance certificate in accordance with §651k BGB at tourVers / Hanse Merkur insurance, which you will receive directly with the booking.
Unfortunately, concluded insurances are not refundable.

You are at least 4 freeriders and want a private freeride camp according to your own wishes, to a destination of your choice and with the services of your choice?
Here you can put together your dream trip completely by yourself - on any date and to almost any destination.
We have taken 4 ski days as a basis, because from our experience this is the ideal length for a freeride camp with us - of course shorter or longer dates are also possible - just ask us, here the motto is: "You wish, we play"...
- With the booking of this package, we organise the multi-course dinner on your booked tour.
- We will put together the package of your choice for your desired date and destination.
- Prices, services, hotel category, meals,... etc. we will then simply adapt it exactly to your wishes.
- Take advantage of our years of experience as tour operators and freeride specialists.
- Our mountain guides know the wishes of our guests and of course the destination areas, because with our network we will find the perfect guide for you.
- We work exclusively with local guides or "our" Sport65 UIAGM certified mountain guides
- They will be with you on all booked days. - You and your fellow travellers determine the extent of your trip yourself.
- Group size: 1 mountain guide + min. 4 guests up to max. 6 guests - more luxury is not possible!

Required skills for the Private Freeride Camps:
You alone determine the course and scope of your freeride camp!
- With the Sport65 Private Group Camps, you or your group actually decide everything yourself!
The destination, hotel category, services, mountain guide days,... - Out of the comfort zone, into the thrill situations - always taking into account the avalanche situation report and alpine dangers, with the greatest attention to safety!
- The mountain guides may rope you down into beautiful slopes, flanks or gullies, or we may be moving on glaciers - so a climbing harness is a prerequisite here.
- Far away from lifts and slopes!
Set new challenges, test your limits - be out and about where there are hardly any other skiers.
Medium to steep terrain with couloirs, big mountain, powder and firn are our goal here!
Downhill-oriented freeriding and freetouring with state-certified UIAGM mountain guides. - But: Here, too, you decide for yourself and the guides are completely guided by your wishes!
- Of course, we will always briefly (or longer if you wish) explain how to use the avalanche transceiver and avalanche transceiver equipment - but ideally your group should already have experience in this...
- Group size: You decide! The minimum size of your group is 4 people, as this is the basis for the price of the trip.
What we require...
Condition requirement: MEDIUM to HIGH
- Condition requirement:
You should be physically fit - we are exclusively off-piste and you want maximum fun!
- But since it's your own "private group" - of course you determine the intensity and our guides will cater to that. - Riding skills:
- Good skiing technique, fast, safe off-piste skiing - your group should fit together homogeneously - Previous knowledge:
- Experience in off-piste and deep snow is an advantage - but you yourself determine the level together with your fellow skiers...
- Experience of climbing with skins, even in technically difficult conditions.
- Surefootedness in the terrain.
- Experience in using an avalanche transceiver, shovel and probe is an advantage - but our guides will go into this again if necessary.
- IMPORTANT: Experience with ropes or abseiling is not necessary, our mountain guides are responsible for that - so don't panic... - Material:
- Freeride skis or freetouring skis (min. 95-100mm centre width) with tourable bindings and skins.
- Avalanche equipment (avalanche transceiver, shovel, probe), backpack.
- Climbing harness, helmet
INFO: You can hire the equipment you need here when you register - our guides will bring it with them on site or you can pick it up from our shop before your trip - so there's no stress on site!
More comfortable: Can't be done!
- Snowboarders: Of course, you can also take part in the Royale Camps, because you register as a group
Some basic information regarding our freeridecamps...
- Mountain guides: We always choose local guides that we know with UIAGM certification to provide the best guiding service possible.
- Size of the groups: 1 Mountain guide + 4 clients (or more, up to you)
- Sport65 tour guiding ("Carefree package"): If you booked the"Carefree package" There will be a Sport65 Guide with you, taking care of the whole organization at the destination assuring that you can lean back and enjoy your freeride experience to the fullest.
The Staff will bring the booked rental gear right to the hotel and have some spares if you want to try something else during the trip. Moreover he or she takes care of the transfers during the stay or can even pick you up at the airport or trainstation so there is no rental car needed. - Heliskiing included: If you have booked one of the "Fly with the Snow!" Packages and the flights can not be operated due to bad wheater, high avalange danger or any other issue you will get a refund of the unfullfilled services. Please take a look at the terms in "achievements".
Example of how a journey could look like:
1st day:
The first day is the day of arrival at the destination of your choise. You can either travel there on your own or take advantage of our service if booked in the "Carefree package" )
Arrival at about, ca. 19.30 o'clock at the Accomodation. Dinner, Meet & Greet with the Guide.
Or: Briefing in the morning of the 2nd day, depending on where you are coming from and how long your jounrey is.
2nd-5th day:
4 days of freeriding in a group of 4 people plus one mountain guide. If you have booked the "Fly with the Snow!" Package we will organize the flights depending on snow and wheater forecast #righttimerightplace.
But in general we are very flexibel and plan everything day by day to guerantee a maximum of joy during the trip.
Departure on the 5th day after skiing, if you want to we can come back to the hotel and organize a litlle refreshment etc.
Important information, rules and parts of booking a freeride trip:
- All backcountry equipment (backpack, beacon, shovel, probe) is required.
- A ski-backpack which you can carry skis with (no mountain biking backpack).
- Helmets are compulsory for all camps!
- Important: We strongly recommend the DSV Skiversicherung (German skiing association ski-insurance) which can be issued through booking.
- On Sport 65 freeride trips the certified UIAGM mountainguides or Staatliche Ski-Instructors accept responsibility for the group.
- A remaining risk can not be fully eliminated, even with professional guides
- An insurance which covers emergency rescue costs is up to the participant. The organizer refuses to take any responsibility. We recommend the taking out of, for example, the DSV Skiversicherung (DSV ski insurance) - only for EU citizens.
- Only a limited number of participants can be accepted on each trip.
- The minimum number of people on this trip is 4 people
- Individual participants can be excluded from a tour or change groups when all requirements are not met and/or when they put themselves, the group or the mountain guides at risk.
- Sport65 is allowed to cancel this trip 15 days before start in case of not reaching the minium number of participants.
Any costs for booked transfers or transportation will not be refund by Sport65. - Participants travel by their own form of transportation take responsibility for delayed arrival.
- In addition to that the general terms and conditions shall apply. Feel free to ask for translations.

You can try on the equipment directly before the transfer (if you have booked the "carefree package") in the Sport65 shop, have it adjusted and loaded into the van - or we can simply bring it to your destination!
If you travel yourself: You have to collect the equipment from us beforehand or we will send it to you and arrange for it to be collected again (possibly extra costs!)
"Try & Buy" option:
The paid rental prices will be fully credited to you in case of later purchase (within 7 days after the trip)!

Important information about included and extra services:
- All services are included in the travel price.
- Extras are not included and must be paid at your destination or will be added in the booking form.
Please remember to bring cash to be ready for unpaid extras. - Lift tickets: If lift tickets are not included in the price, Sport65 is in charge of providing you with lift tickets we advise that we do not take responsibility for terms and rules of the lift companys.
In case that we get free tickets we need them for our guides and staff. Special rates do not need to be forwarded to the customer.
Booking of lift tickets is mandatory.
Exception: Holders of season tickets or interconnection tickets (like Tirol Snowcard,...) must not buy tickets and can use their own ticket.
Please note this during the booking procedure. - Additional costs for transportation during the trip (bus, train, taxi/cab rides) which are not already included have to be paid extra.
- Visitor's tax: Will be added in the booking process and paid seperatly from Sport65 to the hotel.
If not: Visitors taxes are not included in the travel price and will get charged directly by the accomodation to you. - Drinks and additional food (which is not included in the service) have to be paid extra.

Our trips include ski guiding but no - lessons!.
Private lessons for novices can be booked on request.
Group lessons: 2 days á 2x2 hr.: 79,00 EUR
Group lessons: 3 days á 2x2 hr.: 99,00 EUR
Group lessons: 4 days á 2x2 hr.: 129,00 EUR
Private lessons: 39,00 EUR/hr. every additional person 19,00 EUR/hr.
Min. number of participants for a group lesson is 4 people. - Rental gear: Please regard the official terms of cancellation
Cancellation of a formal and confirmed reservation has to be done by email and will effect the following terms:
Until the 15th day before pick up date 10,00 EUR
Until the 3rd day before pick up date 20,00 EUR
If the gear did not get picked up on the stated day in the reservation sheet the cancellation fee of 80% of the quoted price will get charged. We will process an invoice automtically and send it to the renter. Refusal of the payment will get pursued by law. - Please pay attention to our terms! They are mandatory with each booking.

We strongly recommend a travel insurance, that covers a cancellation from you due to disease. We will take out this for you through "HanseMerkur Reiseversicherung" (Travel Insurance). More information about Travel insurance.
This insurance is not included in the trip price and Sport65 is not responsible for any insurance that is offered by alternative payment methods (such as Creditcard,...).
If you book for more persons than yourself you also agree in our cancellation rules for those.
Journey
Arrival in the Sport65 Van (when booking Sport65 "All-round Carefree Package") with the Sport65 #travelsafe concept*.
If you have booked the "Carefree Tour Guide Package" with us, you can easily come to our shop in Weinheim, park your car there and travel with us to your destination. Of course, it is also possible to join us on the way.
Alternatively, we can pick you (or individuals from the group) up at an airport or train station nearby or on the way to your destination.
Sport65 #travelsafe concept: We want to get you to the snow as safely and comfortably as possible!We want to bring you also in the next season as safe and comfortable as possible in the snow!
In the sense of many of our travel guests and employees then take effect in the winter season for our trips with bus arrival or the Sport65 Shuttle the regulations prescribed by law at the time of travel.
But: If we are not allowed (or do not want) to use the Sport65 shuttle or coach due to the Covid-19 regulations, we will of course inform you accordingly in advance.
You don't have to miss the days in the snow, but you can change your booking to a self-drive.
The difference of the travel price will be refunded of course!

Important: Here, we fully cater to your wishes and are super flexible.
Our Sport65 tour guide will drive you in one of our vans and bring all the rental equipment you have ordered, or will be available on site for transfers.
You will receive the exact information, times etc. once we have fixed the destination with you.
- Departure point Sport65 Van: Our departure point is directly at the Sport65 Shop in Weinheim
- Adresse: Am Hauptbahnhof 8 - Im 3-Glocken Center, 69469 Weinheim
- Check-In time: On the day of departure at the Ortovox Pow(d)erbar in the Sport65 Shop.
Parking for your cars is available there, parking fees extra.
Of course, you can still do your shopping in the shop if you need anything else for your trip with us.
If you have ordered rental equipment in your booking, you can pick it out, try it on and have it adjusted at the Sport65 Rental & Test Centre when you check in.
It will then be loaded directly into the van. - Departure time: as desired
- Return journey: After skiing on the last day of skiing, approx. 16.00 hrs, or as desired
- Meeting & briefing with the guides: Either we see each other on the arrival evening or at breakfast on the first ski day, approx. 7.30 a.m.

Our hotels: Cozy, typical Sport65 hotel in a good location!
Here we need to be flexible - please have good trust in us...
For your Follow the Snow! Royale trip there are 3 factors:
Flexibility, flexibilitiy and flexibility!
As a trip organizer with more than 30 years experience we are able to find hotels/pensions short-dated - but here is the location the most important factor - as we want to be able to book as late as possible. But of course we are going to meet your requirements.
The price for this trip is calculated on the basis of hotels/pensions with a great location and a minimum of 2-3 stars.
In case you prefer a different hotel category it is no problem for us. We can change the hotel category and adjust the price upwards or downwards, just let us know.
If you book the half board package, of course we are going to check the menu of the hotels - does not matter which location or we go to restaurants for dinner...
Sport65 does not take any responsibility in case your clothes do not fit anymore after the trip...
No worries if you do not book the half pension package, noone had to starve on our ski trips so far.
Only by being very flexible we can react to the current snow conditions at such a fixed price as we want to go, where our mountain guides see the best conditions deep pow and safety considered.
Amenities and services:

IMPORTANT: We calculated the price on basis of a 2-3* hotel in Italy/Austria.
In case you would like to go to Switzerland, we can adjust everything and are going to check the prices with you beforehand.
Same is applicable if you would like to stay in a more fancy hotel or you have very specific requirements to the amenities in the hotel. Here we are going to discuss everything with you beforehand as well.
We are going to let you know the exact location, hotel/pension and timeframe ca. 4-10 day before the start of the trip.
