Another sensational feature of Tecnica's new touring line is the adjustable forward lean - if some touring skiers prefer a more upright boot with which they can still descend well after long tours, there are the downhill-oriented riders who like to have more forward lean - so with the Zero G you can decide and adjust the forward lean from 12° to 13° - very easily and without much effort!

True to the Zero G philosophy, the award-winning Zero G Tour Pro, a stable touring boot for expert backcountry skiers, offers unrivalled performance for its light weight.
With a carbon shaft and Grilamid shell, it weighs only a fraction of most ski boots (at size 26.5) at 1,320 g - making it the lightest in the Zero G collection.
A particularly large angle of motion of 55 ° makes even demanding approaches or ascents a walk in the park.
After closing the four buckles for the descent, the Zero G Tour Pro then shines with a real flex of 130 and transforms from a touring boot into an uncompromising downhill boot.
The shell is made of C.A.S. material and can be thermoformed for individual adjustment.
And this is where we come in, because of course: such a high-performance touring boot can't fit "off the peg" - the inner boot: is thermally adjusted at our Sport65 Boot LAB and if necessary: we work on the shell until nothing pinches or wobbles anymore.

A new self-adjusting Mobility Cuff System offers a Double blocking system that increases performance, stability and safety.
Offers 55º touring range of motion for a natural and effortless movement - Solepads: Full rubber VIBRAM soles, rockered
Thanks to the partnership with Vibram, Tecnica skiboots feature Vibram soles characterized by a dual-density rubber compound. Yellow harder rubber in those areas closed to the binding, in order to provide with a higher power transmission while skiing. The black areas identify a softer compound that allows an increased grip of the sole for more security when the boot is in walk mode. - Shell: C.A.S. Grilamid shell offers lightweight for the up without sacrificing performance on the down.
C.A.S. shells are anatomically shaped and correspond to the shape of the foot. Therefore, the fit is already very good at the time of purchase. The structure on the shell reduces the surface tension and favours the heating process to facilitate the individual adjustment of the shell.
The shell retains the new shape for longer.
The PU shell offers light weight for the ascent without sacrificing performance on the descent.

RECYCLE YOUR BOOTS - The Tecnica Group with Tecnica & Nordica recycles your old ski boots!
Tecnica Group is contributing to a greener, better future with its new "Recycle Your Boots" project.
Since even small contributions have an impact, we at Sport65 are of course taking part in this project.
Plastic waste is one of the biggest problems / challenges of our time.
However, plastic per se is not a bad material. Since Tecnica's and Nordica´s ski boots are mainly made of plastic, the company wants to take action and do its part to improve the situation and give a second life to a ski boot that really can't be used anymore!
And not just recycle the plastic - the entire boot is dismantled, the aluminium parts are recycled and after shredding, filling material is obtained from the inner shoes.
The recycled plastic is used to make parts of the new ski boots and other plastic objects.
How does it work?
- You buy a new ski boot at Sport65.
- You hand in your "old" ski boot to us for recycling (Exception touring shoes with fixed Vibram sole!)
- We at Sport65 collect the old ski boots until they are worth transporting
- The old boots are collected from us by FERCAM
- The company LaPrima Plastics disassembles the ski boots into their individual parts.
- The recovered secondary raw materials are reprocessed
- The University of Padua supervises the whole process
Tecnica's "Recycle Your Boots" project was accepted and financially supported by the LIFE programme, a support programme for environmental, nature and climate protection.
