About our shipping and delivery costs...

We send out the items right after receiving your money on our account.
Delivery time 2-3 days.
Shipping rates include taxes.
Please note: For tax-free exports in non-EU countries (exept Switzerland!) we need the phonenumber and the passport number (Personal ID number) of the customer!
Shipping to Russia, Ukraine,... only on request!

Bindings, raquets, poles, bags, climbing skins, wax, clothes, parts,...

• Other EU countries (UK, Poland, Czech Republik, Spain,...): 8 Euro
• Non EU countries (Switzerland, Norway,...): 15 Euro (Germann VAT tax free!)

NOTE: Due to environmental protection we ship all items in original industrial cardboards (not special labeled in our style) to reduce waste!
If you buy more thean one item we try to reduce the volume as much as possible to save space in shipping vehicles and that you do not have to pay shipping twice.
